Our story
How it all began
The J&J story began in 2010, when two Cambridge University graduates were struggling to find a fulfillment partner that were capable of supporting their eCommerce honey business.
A fulfillment business was born
After working with multiple fulfillment companies, James Hyde and James Strachan began to get fed up with outdated systems, inefficient operations, and unhappy customers. So, instead of moving to the next fulfillment partner, they founded their own. James and James Fulfilment was born.
Continued growth
Fast-forward to 2024, and James and James Fulfilment has evolved into J&J and grown bigger than any of us could have imagined.
A growing team of over 350 talented employees, an international network of fulfillment centers and world-first tech that provides our clients with complete visibility of the here and now, and of the future, enabling them to grow on global scale.
