We’ve reimagined familiar data sets as dynamic widgets that are easier to read and interpret. From stock levels and order volumes to fulfilment costs and shipping performance, your most important metrics are now visualised through dynamic charts, all in real-time.
We’ve also introduced entirely new data sets previously unavailable in ControlPort™, such as Revenue by Country, giving you deeper visibility into your customer footprint and performance across regions.

With our new drag-and-drop builder, creating tailored dashboards has never been easier. Customisable Dashboards gives you full control over how your data is displayed—so you can focus on what matters most to your role and your business.
Choose from a growing library of widgets to surface the KPIs that matter to you, whether that’s daily order volume, stock health, fulfilment costs, or carrier performance. Rearrange, resize, and customise each widget to suit your needs – no developer required.
Dashboards are fully responsive, too, so your insights stay clear and accessible whether you’re on a widescreen monitor or checking in from a laptop
Drill Into the Details
Customisable Dashboards make it easy to move from high-level overviews to granular investigations in just a few clicks. You start by selecting a date range and desired fulfilment centres to get a macro view of your operations. From there, widget-specific date filters and clickable summaries allow you to refine your view even further.
Charts are fully interactive, with synced zooming across widgets. Highlight a period of interest, such as a peak order month or a sudden spike in returns, and every widget on the dashboard will adjust accordingly, helping you investigate anomalies faster and in full context.
Whether you’re tracking seasonal trends or uncovering bottlenecks, Customisable Dashboards helps you find the “why” behind the “what”—without needing to export or bounce between tabs. And, once you’ve located what you need, you can export the data at any stage — ideal for deeper offline analysis or sharing with stakeholders.
Built for Teams
We know different teams across your business rely on data in different ways. That’s why Customisable Dashboards lets each user create their own personalised dashboards—so your Head of Ops can track fulfilment performance, your Finance team can monitor shipping costs, and your CX team can keep an eye on delivery times, all without stepping on each other’s toes.
Additionally, admins can restrict access to specific widgets, ensuring the right people see the right data—and only the right data. By default, only Managers will have access to Customisable Dashboards. However, they can grant other users access to the feature in the Settings menu.

While we’re excited about what Customisable Dashboards delivers at launch, this is just the beginning. We’ll continue to expand its capabilities with more widgets, smarter functionality, and deeper insights—all shaped by the way you use it and the feedback you share.
How to Access Customisable Dashboards
Customisable Dashboards are now live! To access the feature, head to ControlPort™, click on ‘Insights’, then select ‘Customise’. You can find a short video guide below.
