The purpose of the survey was for J&J to understand the current views of employees, and to enable them to continue creating positive environments where employees, and in turn customers, can thrive. The results help highlight what is currently being done well, and to create an informed plan to continue improving.
One of the standout achievements in this year’s results was in the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS), which was 47 points above the industry benchmark for the last 12 months. The impressive score highlights the high levels of employee trust, loyalty and pride, with many team members emphasising their commitment to J&J’s proposition and future plans.
Positive themes were also identified within the survey, with specific focus on culture, leadership and career development at J&J. Employee testimonials offered further insight into the strong workplace culture created, with team members expressing their excitement to build a career within the business, and showcasing the high levels of support from management and senior members of the team.
